The Journal ← Five things I saw in the movies and always wanted to try

289

Movies are not just entertainment. They are lessons for life. Unfortunatelly, not for real life – most of the practices portrayed are too violent, dangerous, immoral or plain silly to be committed by ordinary people. Yet these deeds are so tempting...

1. Beating the crap out of someone who doesn't share your views

For added fun, try group-beating him. That should prove your point even better.

2. Driving recklessly when late for something

And cops are always too far behind.

3. Hacking computer passwords in 3 attempts.

It seems so easy – it's either the birth date, the secret project name, or a word written in a book lying around

4. Breaking stuff and humiliating the boss before leaving the office.

Packing your stuff is so ghey, try packing your boss in a cardbox and throwing him down the stairs – while everyone is staring at you in shock (and a bit of envy).

5. Winning a gambling game without knowing the rules by making the most improbable bet when you desperately need money.

Fuck the probabilities, just pray silently and look desperate – maybe the universe will skip a beat for you.
