Oh god, spelling traditional Bulgarian dish names sucks major time. But wait, there's more: you take the guyveche pot and put some nadenitsa, yaica, domats and chushkas. Still not sure what I'm talking about? Check this out.

As for this one here – the form is more important than the content. Whatever you put inside this little pot, as long as there's cheese and eggs in, it comes out smelling and tasting like heaven.
